We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, school affiliation, and any content you create within the platform (courses, assignments, grades, and feedback submissions).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve Quantica, communicate with you about your account, process payments, and respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on infrastructure that complies with industry-standard security practices. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. School data is strictly isolated — users can only access data belonging to their own school.
4. Student Data
Quantica is used by schools to manage academic records. We are committed to protecting student privacy in accordance with applicable laws, including FERPA where applicable. Student data is only accessible to authorized teachers and administrators at the same school.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Quantica: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (Classroom import via OAuth). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for these integrations to function.
6. Cookies
We use cookies solely for session management (to keep you logged in). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your school has an active subscription. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon request, or after 90 days automatically.
8. Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by contacting us via the feedback form inside the app. School administrators may manage teacher and student data directly within the platform.
